چکیده

Abstract Bimetallic nanoparticles (BNPs) have drawn significant attention due to their numerous applications. They demonstrate enhanced optical, electrical, thermal, and catalytic properties the synergistic effects of monometals present in them. In this work, CuAg AuAg BNPs been synthesized using a facile economical chemical reduction method. Optical characterization was carried out UV–visible spectroscopy, effect pH on optical absorbance studied. For BNPs, optimum observed be at 9.4 6.39, respectively. Morphological investigation confirms average diameters were 65 nm 30 nm, Photocatalytic property illustrates 4-nitrophenol 4-aminophenol with 92% conversion percentage presence 4 min, rate constant for reaction measured 8.98 × 10 –3 s ?1 . But 97% 8 min found 7.95 Thermal conductivity viscosity measurements nanofluids obtained ascertained them efficient candidates heat transfer Graphic abstract

Luminescent, bimetallic AuAg alloy quantum clusters in protein templates.

We report the synthesis of luminescent AuAg alloy quantum clusters (QCs) in bovine serum albumin (BSA), for the first time, with experimentally determined atomic composition. Mixing of the as-synthesized protein-protected Au and Ag clusters resulted in the formation of alloy AuAg clusters within the BSA. Mass spectrometric analysis of the product of a 1 : 1 molar ratio reaction mixture of Au(QC...

Nanoparticles of ZrPO4 for green catalytic applications.

Here we report the successful room temperature synthesis of zirconium phosphate nanoparticles (ZPNP) using the P123 tri-co-block polymer for the first time. The samples were characterized by SEM, TEM, XRD, TPD, and BET and were employed for fixation of CO2 on aniline to produce pharmaceutically important acetanilide under mild reaction conditions (150 °C and 150 Psi CO2 pressure).

Hydrazine fuels for bimetallic catalytic microfluidic pumping.

The problem of controlling fluid flow on the microand nanolength scales is important in microanalysis, nanoparticle assembly, and other emerging applications. We and others have demonstrated autonomous nanoparticle movement and micrometer-scale fluid flow driven by the asymmetric catalytic decomposition of hydrogen peroxide over bimetallic surfaces.1-7 Movement on larger length scales has also ...

development of different optical methods for determination of glucose using cadmium telluride quantum dots and silver nanoparticles

a simple, rapid and low-cost scanner spectroscopy method for the glucose determination by utilizing glucose oxidase and cdte/tga quantum dots as chromoionophore has been described. the detection was based on the combination of the glucose enzymatic reaction and the quenching effect of h2o2 on the cdte quantum dots (qds) photoluminescence.in this study glucose was determined by utilizing glucose...
